Name, contact details, date of birth, medical history declared at consultation, treatment history, photography for clinical records (with consent), payment method details processed by our providers, and website behaviour captured by consented analytics.

To deliver treatments safely, manage appointments and billing, communicate about your care, fulfil legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell data to third parties.

Consent for marketing, contract for bookings and treatment, legal obligation for record retention and safeguarding, and legitimate interests for improving the clinic experience.

Stripe (card processing and memberships), Klarna and PayItMonthly (finance providers you choose), Fresha (bookings), Resend (transactional email), Google (analytics), Cloudflare (infrastructure). All processors are bound by data-processing agreements and appropriate safeguards.

Clinical records are retained for eight years from last treatment, in line with healthcare guidance. Marketing contact is retained until you unsubscribe. Website analytics is retained for fourteen months.
