All treatments are subject to a free consultation and a signed consent form. We reserve the right to decline treatment if clinically unsuitable. Full refunds are given when a treatment cannot be performed for clinical reasons.

24 hours notice for individual sessions. 48 hours for packages. Less than the required notice incurs a 50 percent fee of the treatment value, to cover the reserved slot and preparation.

Pay in full, Klarna, or PayItMonthly, all interest free. Refunds on treatments already delivered are not offered. Packages may be transferred, credited, or refunded pro-rata in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from purchase and are non-refundable. Can be transferred. No cash redemption.

Three-month minimum, rolling monthly thereafter. Thirty days notice to cancel. Pauses available up to two months per year. Missed monthly slots carry over once.

Individual results vary. We present realistic outcomes based on the treatment and your starting point. No results are guaranteed.

We hold appropriate professional insurance. Our liability to you is limited to the value of the treatment purchased, except where law requires otherwise (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
